Participation in the official opening and kick-off metting of Erasmus+ CBHE DEFEP meeting (03.04.2023, online)

On 3 April 2023, NEO in Ukraine team took part in the kick-off meeting of the CBHE Erasmus+ project DEFEP “Distance Education for Future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market”. More than 55 representatives from project partner organizations from Ukraine, Moldova, Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as representatives of the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), coordinators of the National Erasmus+ offices of Ukraine and Moldova attended the event.

During the event, representatives of EACEA and National Erasmus+ offices emphasized the rules of the program for the successful implementation of Erasmus+ projects for the development of the potential of higher education, in particular regarding financial management, quality of results, academic integrity, reporting, etc. NEO in Ukraine and Moldova stressed the national peculiarities of project implementation and registration, equipment procurement, monitoring, and also drew attention to successful cases of project implementation during the war in Ukraine and with Ukrainian partners.

At the end of the event, the entire consortium and project teams of each partner organization were presented, who discussed the creation of internal management bodies, committees of labor market representatives, operational and financial project management procedures, and reporting, etc.
